After a long, hot day there are few things as refreshing as a Peppermint Foot Soak. The menthol, found in the mint plant, produces a “chilled” sensation by activating the cold sensors in the skin. This cooling sensation can actually have a calming effect on the body and relieve tension in sore muscles.
Just add a tablespoon of Refreshing Peppermint Foot Soak to a tub of hot water and soak your feet for 15 ~ 30 minutes.
